Disappointing Stay

We’ve stayed here before and had a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. While the person who checked us in was friendly and helpful, the rest of the stay fell short. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell and was clearly very rundown—with noticeable water stains on the ceiling. The pool was dirty and not inviting at all, and the breakfast was a letdown compared to our last visit. We were also disappointed to find out that there’s no room service available on the weekends, which was really inconvenient. Sadly, this will be our last time staying here.

Older hotel dark and dated, TV did not work. It was not very clean.My car was hit while parked in the parking lot and they charge a $250 deposit when all the other hotels only charge $50.

False advertisement, they call it a suite/ hotel they are mini apartments they offer you a free bottle of wine with your stay false they tell you nothing about a deposit until you actually get there to pay so if you’re thinking of renting you better take extra cash because they’re gonna ask you for 150 deposit horrible experience The TV is connected to a cable whether it was an antenna or for cable did not work could not watch TV for the two days that I stayed flickered on and off will not be staying there ever again.

From check in to check out the staff was amazing. Answered all our questions. Offered shuttle service to and from the airport. We’ve never been offered a bottle of wine, but when we checked in, we had a bottle of wine. The water was nice and hot for a shower. The room was very clean. Most of all the people helped us throughout our whole stay. Would highly recommend. in the summer they also have two outside pools.

Siempre nos gusta quedarnos en el Chase y normalmente os va muy bien. En esta ocasión nos tocó una habitación que olía feo, se sentía vieja y no funcionó la calefacción. Lo comento como crítica constructiva. Espero le pongan atención. Ya que en más de 15 años no me había pasado algo así.

Decent, Simple Option

We needed a place to crash the night before our flight from El Paso airport. It is close to the airport. The property itself is clearly a former apartment complex that has been converted. Our room was large and had a full kitchen, which would be good for longer stays. There was easy parking right outside our unit. The breakfast was very basic and included the corporate scrambled eggs, a waffle machine, and some yogurt cups. For the price, no complaints.
