The staffs are very accomodating and supported us with everything we needed. I even ñeft my bag inside the train with all of our passports inside and the hotel staffs helped us getting it by delivering it to the hotel. The rooms are also wonderful. Thank you for hosting our stay in osaka 😁

My partner, sister and I enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of space for the three of us as the room had one double bed, a separate room with two singles and a third room with one single. The shared kitchen/ dining area was greatly appreciated and the extra space was super convenient for our group. The location of this hotel made it convenient for us to walk rather than take the train (this was greatly appreciated after being in Tokyo) and is so close to Osaka Castle! Also a fantastic takoyaki and okonomiyaki stand/restaurant just round the corner! We will definitely stay with MyStays again!

Room is clean, near a subway. Bed firmness is good, 2 pillows (contour pillow and a soft pillow). However, there is 1 room with erratic fancoil's themostat, cold/warm air supply got cut off every now and then. I was able to borrow an air purifier from the hotel staff to improve the air flow for that room. Hotel staff is friendly and approachable.

Wonderful experience

We arrived much later than expected but we were greeting by a friendly overnight staff that helped us check in with no problems. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also a great location. Easy to get to everything from here as a centralized train station is very close. Definitely would stay here again.

This is a budget hotel that has a decent amount of amenities depending on the room type. The dryers in the laundry area don’t do an adequate job (so you’ll need to head to a nearby coin laundry to dry your clothes) and the rooms are very much out of a 1980’s Japanese condo (dated furnishings, stove, bathroom, etc). It’s one of the more affordable options in Osaka, and decent for a family, but you should manage your expectations accordingly.

We LOVED staying here. We were very pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff who explained everything we needed to know about the facilities. The area is quiet for the most part, though there is a fire station nearby, so be aware of that. It's fairly quiet though :) There is a Family Mart almost immediately to the left of the hotel, and plenty of subway entrances. A fantastic stay!
