The front desk person in the mornings is a condescending, nasty, small-minded desk clerk whom should never ever be in a customer facing role - in the hospitality industry of all industries. When I stayed here 2 years ago i distinctly remember how absolutely wonderful the over-night lady is, with her beautiful smile to match her elegant dresses. But this guy I’m not sure of his name is just a total jerk. He didn’t even process my renewal so my key didn’t work, in the rain. Not a huge deal, just a perfect example of all this guy does to make my stay as uncomfortable as possible.
