Each room only have one room card, really quite inconvenient for such a family vacation as group of three. Hopefully this will be improved soon. Otherwise, it is roughly a good choice for budget visit for Tokyo.

Could be better
It was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed our time.
But i think there should be some flexibility so far time for check in is concerned because quite a good number of customers travel from a long distance (like us, we traveled from uk and we were travelling for 48 hours) and they may reach early at the hotel. The hotel should not charge if customers reach a little early and if room is vacant then they should accommodate. It is a simple curtsy which really help people and they will appreciate.
We found the people at the reception were not that friendly (particularly one lady who was quite harsh). They should know how to greet and they should have smiles on their face so that customers should feel very homely and will enjoy the stay from the beginning.
