I'm not one to complain but I chose this place for the amenities and everything was closed. Looked like they tried to update the room and it was done horribly. Dead ants in the bathtub. Pieces of wood from falling off. Light switches did not work. TVs are way out of date. They had led strips but only 1 out of 3 worked. Silly string on the walls that was missed during previous cleanup. Tape all over the walls from I'm assuming a previous birthday party. I wouldn't go back and I'm passive and look for the good in all things. Oh and cigarette burns in the comforter. I mean come on. Let's not forget the curly watch spring hairs stuck in the towel. Shower curtain rod was barely in the wall. It was a mess. Good luck.

Elevator was a little unnerving to ride, so took the stairs which were freezing. Attempted elevator 1 more time and it got stuck before I got on it (luckily). The hallway stunk SO BAD! Should have taken a picture of the ice bucket because there was mold in it. One of the things I specifically wanted was the refrigerator and it was broken but honestly wouldn't have used it cause it stunk and was also dirty. The air conditioner/heater doesn't work as it should. Even though it was set to a specific temperature, it would get either really cold or really hot, not stay at the temp it was set at. The front at the entrance is nice, but the rooms should be the main focus. It is in desperate need of an update and cleaner areas.

The end table next to the bed was falling of the wall I had to shove a chair under it just so my beer wouldn't slide of. The hot tub in room did work and got HOT but the glass wasn't attached properly made me nervous. None of the baseboards were attached. The pool was cold until we asked for them to turn it on. And the door frame had been busted and 'fixed'.

The room was clean. But, the casing around the door looked as though the door had possibly been kicked in at one point. Which was a little concerning. The free breakfast that was included was little to nothing. The staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. All in all.it was an ok experience staying here

3 lights only worked in our room. There’s plenty of leaks throughout the hotel lobby and hallways. Everything was close and the breakfast was Luke warm at best.

Staff member was courteous and friendly. The room had an old smell of smoke imo, there was black hairs in the shower and shower wall that were not from myself or friend (both females) there were hairs and what appeared to be very small drips of blood on the side of sink. Grossed me out. Beds were fine (double bed ) floor seemed dusty and that grossed me out as well. Continental breakfast was a good selection and yummy. Pool and gym were not in service either :( Thank you.

Room was okay, a bit below our standards but okay in general. Late night yelling and noise in an adjacent room on the floor, but overall the experience was good. Needed an overnight stay with family, fit the bill but could welcome improvements and updates. May choose again as needed for the area.
