Dirty ceiling in hallways, mold in the bathroom walls, dirty on the breakfast table, nothing being replaced during breakfast 1st hour (not even checked), while employees are talking to each other or playing in their cell phones. That’s a clear careless behavior all over the place.

We decided to take a last minute trip. This location was close to where we wanted to go, and it was within a decent price range. We checked in late. The attendant wasn’t very friendly, but he wasn’t rude either. The room was okay. It looked like they were trying to renovate, but just patched some things up. For the most part it was fairly clean. The floor in the shower was a bit scary looking, and our hand soap was already open, but otherwise it was fairly clean. Also, the bed was not the most comfortable. Overall, I didn’t have an overly positive or negative experience here. You get what you pay for, so it served its intended purpose.

It’s a comfortable and pet-friendly place. I stayed for two nights with my dogs, and there was an additional $81 fee for them. Overall, the stay was basic but met the essentials. The location is convenient, close to downtown Savannah, though having a car is necessary to get around easily.

If you are looking for a decent place to sleep without spending a lot, this will do the job. For the price, it was clean, appliances in the room worked. There was an ironing board and iron, as well as a blow dryer. They offer a continental breakfast but we didn't take advantage of it, so I can not comment on that. Wifi is available but kept dropping off. Rooms are a bit dated. Overall, it worked for what we needed.

We did not know that this location was an Extended stay until when we were leaving. The doors were inside but when we went to enter the bldg and our floor, the doors were not locked. Instead of using our key card to access the bldg, we could just pull the door. There was no security. People could cook in their rooms but my room didnt have any sprinkler heads nor was there a smoke detector. There were holes in the wall and the door was bent as you could see where someone kicked the door or hit it real hard. The paint on the walls was peeling. There was no telephone or lamp. The plugs between the beds were not functional. We had to clean the tub before it could be used. They gave us a new room but it reeked of weed and cigarette smoke. So we stayed with the initial room. I am giving 1 star because the night attendant allowed me to use his personal extension cord for a medical device.
