My check in was amazing. The gentlemen that checked me in was informative and very thorough. Check out was also exemplary.
However, at 5:45 this morning, I sent the following text to the hotel text line after calling downstairs and ultimately going downstairs for towels. I had an appointment early this morning. After not being able to locate anyone, I sent a text regarding my request for towels and empty water bottles in the trash in my room upon check in I wanted to ensure I would not be liable for.
Unfortunately, upon going back to the desk to see if someone was available, I was immediately confronted by Shauna who accosted me for sending the text to the Hyatt chat line as she stated she was right at the desk the two times I went downstairs. I acknowledged my actions, with the intent to later advise the issue was resolved. She continued angrily stating my actions would affect her employment.
I am BEYOND appalled at her temperament, actions, and disposition. I will NEVER stay at the Hyatt and intend on escalating this matter with the District and Regional Manager.
