The room smelled like someone was smoking inside the room when I arrived. Tried calling the front lobby but kept getting sent to another location. No one seemed to be able to get a hold of the front desk. I felt like i was smoking in my room I had to get out and sit in my car

The room was neglected, the parking had lots of potholes, it seemed like there was illegal things happening in that hotel. It seemed very low class. The staff was prompt and didn’t give me any hassle, even though I checked out early. But I wouldn’t recommend it.

imagine arriving to San Jose at night, going to check in at the motel and there is no-one there and having to wait for over an hour at night, while needing to get up early for work in just a few hours. Place was also crawling with cockroaches. stay away

Room was disgusting. Walls all filthy. Toilet was gross. Wall outlets falling out. Hole in the wall by the ac unit. All of the pillows, sheets, and blankets were stained. One stain in particular was definitely fecal matter. Trash left at the door. All kinds of sketchy things happening in the parking lot. Drugs, broken into cars, and people fighting. While the staff gave me a refund, they were totally indifferent to whole situation.
