After booking and moving to the hotel they said that the hotel is full, and they sent us to another one.

Good location, needs better service

The hotel is located near Alanya tourist friendly facilities and beach. Staff is attentive but speaks very limited English (with an exception of one temporary staff member). They offer assistance with car rental, airport transportation, trips but there seem to be quite significant surcharge (you will find all this cheaper on your own). The room was clean but I needed to request any changes of towels etc. since it was not done by the hotel without asking. Tea and coffee was available at breakfast only (with breakfast included option) and you may be charged at other times.

Hotellet var hyfsat. Sämre med städning. De bäddade bara en gång hela veckan och inte bytt varken lakan eller handdukar nån gång. Lågpris hotell kan jag kalla det. Eluttag i badrum hängde i luften med oisoletade kablar, 230V i badrum 🤔🤔

Værelserne var fine. Hotellet ligger dog op af en meget trafikeret vej, hvilket man godt kunne hører døgnet rundt. Personalet var høflige, men snakkede stort set ikke engelsk .

Pas de nettoyage de la chambre et changement de la literie durant 9 jours. Ils ont changé les linges 1 seul fois. Le lit grince dans tous les sens et pas confortable du tout. Pas d’emplacement pour suspendre le linge mouillé sur le balcon. Certains hôtes ont fait un bruit sur-réaliste à 4h du mat, on aurait dit un tremblement de terre. Des appels téléphoniques nous sont fait on plein milieu de la nuit avec des gens parlant uniquement turc, la réception est venu et à débranché notre téléphone. Il n’y a personne qui parle anglais, français ou allemand. Je n’aime pas faire ce type de feedback mais je pense important d’informer de potentiels clients.

Yenilenmiş bir işletme, Odaları konforlu ve temiz. Evcil hayvan kabul etmesi sebebiyle tercih ettik. Plaja yakın, kahvaltısı iyi. Kahvaltı dahilde Sabah kahvesi extra ücretli. Odalar klimalı. Sahile bakan odalarda gün batımı izlenebilir. Ana yola yakın olduğundan Geceleri balkon kapısını açmanız yol trafik gürültüsünden dolayı biraz zor. Genel anlamda kalınabilecek ekonomik ve evcil hayvan dostu bir işletme. Tavsiye ediyorum.
