Lovely choice for longer stay

Cosy and clean studio, friendly staff. It's my 2nd time to choose staying at another Locke Living in London, quite recommended for those who have longer stays in London. Good location to reach tube stations, supermarkets and coffee shops. I would suggest booking a suite if you travel with 2 people.

The corner room design is too bad

The total area of the room is actually adequate, the problem is the layout and design of the room that wasted a lot of usable space. For example the unusual large coach beside the bed, that made us have no space to open the luggage. The window frame also obstructed the pathway to the bedroom, always bump into the frame. And from the photo shown by the hotel, the room supposed to have something like mosaic glass to allow the light comes in. But for the lower floors aren’t.

Room was spotless, and pretty aesthetic, but not the most space efficient. Feels smaller than 16sqm due to the layout. Good location very near the tube station there was only one towel in the room when we arrived, we asked for one more, but none was given in the 3 nights we were there. We asked for the bin to be emptied but it was never emptied as well

De eerste dag was het water tijdens het douchen koud. Tevens een onhandige inrichting van de ruimte, bij binnenkomst heb je rechts wel een keuken maar geen eettafel? Ook staat er onnodig een grote slaapbank dicht op het bed waardoor je niet goed het bed kan instappen. Er is geen housekeeping en maar 1 handdoek voor 2 personen. Vanwege de onhandige indeling kan er ook niet goed schoongemaakt worden. Er lagen nog platgetrapte popcorn stukjes van de vorige gasten op de vloer. Niet aan te bevelen helaas… Ten slotte, nemen de dikke gordijnen de al beperkte loopruimte in.

Hello. we are a father and my 24 years old son back to london after 12 years... we took the 2 bedrooms apartment for 9 nights. That's very important . They have only one of that kind of apartment at this hotel. This is a very good air-conditioning plus 48meters with 2 large beds when only 1 sleeps on its one bed . Thats the reasone i chose that appartment . Very good coice. The comfortable beds .the air-conditioned flat and large space and dining table in the middle betwin the 2 bedrooms . One has a door. The other has a curtain to close. The staff was very friendly. The location is amasing and very close to aldgate east underground station. It's a new building and new facilities including the lights . The t.v and the usb socets all around . The only down side was the poorly maintenance of those staff . Some of the furniture and kitchen facilities are not proper maintained. After calling the maintainer guy several times they were fixed . But it should be that way . All others things are excellent. We both loved our stay . Especially the beds ... 🛌

The property is also well connected by public transport, just a 5-minute walk from Aldgate East station.
