You can't go wrong with South Beach. Been visiting for about 13 years and has never disappointed. From the wonderful amenities to the exquisite view from the balcony, this is by far the best. Full kitchen, bath, and every unit with a balcony overlooking the gulf beaches.

Loved the place and hope to come again. Has all you need for a good beach vacation. Fully equipped apartment with balcony and amazing view of the Gulf, with appliances, kitchen utensils and such. BBQ grill in the yard which we didn't use, but hopefully will next time. A nice touch was provided beach chairs and umbrella. The beach is 5-7 walk, john's pass about 30 and plenty of eateries and shops around including Publix, wine and beer shops pizza etc.

Excellent location! Clean condo, and having to see the ocean from the balcony was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and happy. Definitely will be booking again.

A/C shuts off overnight (roughly midnight-6am) and there’s no way to override it. So both me and the pregnant wife wake up drenched in sweat and feeling just terrible. Not what you want on vacation. 1st night we had no idea what was happening. 2nd night we turned the A/C down to 55F and still woke up drenched. 3rd night we left and got a cheap hotel with A/C that lets you do as you please. Front desk staff insisted it was “fixable” but it was NOT broken. Also blamed how the units were individually owned. Even thought it is obvious the A/C is governed by the hotel itself. It was set to shut off overnight to save energy. There’s nothing to fix. Not gonna gamble another night of poor sleep after they “fix” nothing. Coastal Green Air is the energy-management hotel HVAC company that’s controls the thermostats in the rooms. It says so on the sign above the thermostat. The manager either lied to us and said they could fix it. Or they don’t know enough about their own hotel to know what they’re telling us. Definitely not coming back.
