The room itself was spacious, as it was designed for accessibility, however, the moment I walked in, there was a strong smell of humidity—almost as if the room hadn’t had proper air conditioning for a while. I had specifically requested not to be placed in an accessible room during my reservation, but unfortunately, when I called the front desk to ask for a different room, I was told the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do. I left feeling very disappointed.
As for the parking lot—what a mess. There were very few available spaces, and the ones that were open were extremely tight. It made parking a real hassle.
