Do not book online

I booked my stay on hotels.com and paid, then the hotel itself charged me the same rate again. I’ve called 3 times over the past week and they still haven’t fixed it. The first time they said the manager would be in later. The second time they said a manager would be in the next day. I waited a few days before calling again. The third time, they said they didn’t know if a manager was there, and said that someone else called earlier that day with the same issue!!! I feel like I might have to end up doing a chargeback because this is ridiculous. Not to mention the room wasn’t even that clean, it was super dusty under the beds.

Not recommended

The front desk at check in did not know what they were doing took 30+ minutes to check in and they kept only giving us 24 hr room cards. The room was very dirty. We found eyelashes and garbage in bathroom. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. We got bed bugs. We stayed 6 nights did not receive room service once even after call the front desk and asking they said they clean every 3 days. Ended up putting our garbage outside the door. There was a fire alarm at 1 am which was a very rude awakening and caused everyone to evacuate and stand outside. Checked out early wish I had taken more photos beforehand. I would not recommend this hotel.

Price was too high for what you got.

Good: Dog friendly and close to I-25. Bad: Sink drain plug area was dirty. Floor tile was coming up in hallway in front of the refrigerator - tripping hazard. In the industrial part of town.

Horrible experience

I paid for the room in full. The hotel charged the incidental fee on my card. I received a phone call a few hours prior to check in time to confirm my reservation. I show up with my family only to find that the room I paid for and had pre checked into was no longer available and the hotel was completely sold out. I asked how that is possible when I already paid, had it confirmed, and pre checked in… front desk was very rude and responded that she did not know she just showed up. It was a hassle to get my card refunded for the room as the front desk agent canceled my reservation stating I was a no show when that was not the case. The hotel still has not refunded the incidental fee on my card which was only supposed to be a hold.

We were very happy with our stay except for fact that we believe that the floors were not sweeped from the previous visitors. There was tons of animal hair all over the floor, and it wasn't from our pet.
