The air conditioning didn’t work in the room, towels had holes in them, toilet was constantly running because air conditioning wasn’t working we used the fan we saw in the corner of the room. Our digital room key didn’t work and after about 10 tries the girl from the front desk gave up and gave us the master digital key fob. Also, there was no one at the front desk most of the day so any requests, service, towels etc could not be obtained. If you arrived early the restaurant next door said to leave bags behind front desk. But there was just no assistance. We also did not have shampoo and without a front desk person we couldn’t get any.
