Very nice and helpful staff. Inn owner came down and made the rounds of the breakfast tables talking to every guest, which was impressive. Location is excellent. Only complaint was that parking could be a bit challenging and we wished coffee was made available earlier in the morning.

Super cute hotel! The only thing I didn’t like is that you all say you don’t allow pets on the property but there was a dog sitting on a chair while we were eating breakfast so that is not ok to say something and not enforce it. The waitress was totally ok with it as well.

Very nice, quaint stay in Saugatuck. Great location. Parking is an issue. For the price paid, we would expect it to be better. Our room, 208, had black mold in the shower and a cracked floor. Other than that, it was great. Very comfortable common space. They had a small fridge in the common space that had drinks you could buy. When looking for a late night coke, the only thing in the fridge was multiple leftover containers and a couple beers. Coffee was available at 8:15am. Breakfast was served from 9-10 am only. Awesome breakfast. No substitutions for gluten-free or MSG allergy. We probably would not choose to stay there again.
