Large room was good but the carpet was visibly dirty, and didn’t want to be barefoot. The street is right next to the room. It was very loud in the morning. The shower pressure leaves something to be desired (still able to get clean quickly!), but I'll give this place a 5-star rating based on everything else. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Walkable to several restaurants, shops, anything you'd like! This is my go-to place in Morro Bay.
