Absolutely wonderful stay. I couldn't have asked for more from the hotel and staff. Nothing was too much for them. We had a travel cot brought up to our room and put up. We were moved up to a higher floor as we had a young child and they said it would be better for us and my goodness it was incredible. We had the most amazing views and it was silent. We can't wait to book again and come back. We booked here on a whim because we've booked with another chain hotel regularly and thought we'd try something different and I have no regrets.

We stayed here for a few nights in April 2023 with the family. I believe the room was called a 1 bedroom apartment (w/ separate bed room + sofa bed) We found the hotel to be very modern, clean and with a friendly, attentive staff. Really super place, especially for the rate we got. The street looks a bit rough but we didn't experience anything negative. There was a slight issue with the fire alarm but the staff handled it as good as they could, and apologised several times over for it.

The room was not worth what we paid. I booked two beds and received one bed and a chair that could be slept it. Most frustrating was the fact that I ensured the stay included air conditioning. The details of the stay indicated that AC was included. It was there but the room would not cool and windows don’t open.

This was our first trip to the UK and based on reviews we chose this hotel. Overall it was a fine stay. The rooms did look larger in the advertisements and website. It was fine for sleeping and the kitchenette served us very well. The heat/air was not great for us. The room had poor airflow and would get warmer than we liked. It would take an hour or longer to cool off. No window to open and no other alternatives made sleeping uncomfortable. The breakfast was less than good as far as choices. I have a severe gluten allergy and there were only a few options. Also we had to pay in advance for the breakfast for each day and then when we booked an excursion and didn't use the breakfast we couldn't get a refund. The amount of food that was put out did not change so saying they added food was ridiculous.
