Nice, helpful staff. The location was fine, reasonably convenient for the town and about 7/8 minutes to the train station on foot. The hotel was reasonable in general. However my bathroom was dirty and really needed a refit. It was too expensive for a 2 star.

Nice Appart’hotel as a base in La Rochelle’s

We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things for me. The bathroom was a bit tired. But everything worked. The hotel was very pet friendly. It is as a great base for a short break in La Rochelle for the last couple of hot days in October.

L'appartement est dans son jus. C'est à dire "les années 60". Une chambre sale; peintures défraîchies; mobilier plus adapté. Vitres sales. TV HS. Chaises en ferrailles non adaptées. Manque une 2ème table de chevet. Miroir de la salle de bains beaucoup piqué. Le sol piqué et sale. Rapport qualité prix décevant. Cher pour la prestation. Deux véhicules sans cartes de priorités Handicapés garés à des emplacements réservés. C'est lamentable ! Je tiens à féliciter le personnel à l'accueil pour son amabilité.

A quelques minutes de la gare et du vieux port, c'est ultra pratique. L'accueil est rapide, pro et souriant. Le mobilier de la chambre mériterait un renouvellement car fait daté mais c'était très propre. J'ai apprécié de pouvoir laisser mes bagages en attendant mon train du soir.
