When we went to the room, it had an unusual smell and the carpet in the bedroom looked like it had not been vaccumed. Alerted the front desk and was moved to another smaller room, which was cleaner and without that funky smell. Later that night, when returning after dinner, the parking lot was full, even though we were told that we should not have a problem parking. There were two away signs, so did not want to get my car towed. Called customer service, but it was after 7 p.m., (front desk closes) and customer service did not have an emergnecy phone number to call the property nor know what to do. No info by the closed office in th lobby for that number. Found an after hours number in the room and called that, and the person explained what to do/where to park with the full parking situation.
