This is not a resort

This place is not a resort but have resort fees this place doesn’t have housekeeping u have to go to front desk for towels and rags and clean your own room the lady at the front desk was very rude and the hotel needs work and the ice machine wasn’t working for 8 days during my entire stay and it was hot those days and I never seen anyone clean the pool

Its ok

Pretty much what other similar (days inn) offer. Bummer that they “do not clean rooms” for stays under 6 days, even though we stayed 6 nights.. so for 6 days we couldnt get new bed sheets.. towels the same, but you have to pick em in the reception for replacement.. bed sheets had stain marks (seriously?) room was ok, AC working as intended as well as bathroom and electric stove.

Pay Attention

Checked in on a Tuesday! I only booked this room due to the fact of the “great” reviews on here. But after I checked in the first room I was the sheets were dirty; looked like dried blood to me, he bed had bed bugs, and the phone to the room didn’t work. Reached out to hotels.com because it’s who I booked through they called the front desk and spoke with Harry, who was extremely rude in my opinion. Hotels.com offered to see if they could get me a different room at the same hotel or a refund, I was here for cheer comp and didn’t have time to wait the 7 days for a refund, so I decided to just stay here. Harry came up to the room to verify the problems and even looked at the bed putting his hand on it and saying “oh it just looks like chocolate hands to me,” then tried to justify why the phone wouldn’t work. Harry did switch me rooms and when we went to the new room I checked the sheets and pulled them up to check for bed bugs he had the nerve to ask me “are you going to do this to every room” um yes, yes I am because no one wants to sleep with bed bugs.After halfway settling into the new room I checked other websites for reviews and found that this is the only website with high reviews! Most definitely do not recommend and will not be returning. needless to say I should’ve just went with the refund and slept in my car, which would’ve been way cleaner than this hotel.

Booked for a headache

There was roof construction going on while we were in our room. We were made aware but was told they would put us in a room far away from the work. But our room was on the 3 floor (it’s a 3 story building) DIRECTLY BELOW were the work was happening. They worked all day directly over the room we were in. The noise was so loud we had headaches all day and night. We checked out the very next morning and did not stay for our three night stay. They barely offered an apology and I am still waiting to be refunded for the two nights we did not stay.

Terrible

Booked online for 3 days, stayed no one. Find unacceptable conditions for my family and did not check in. I'd ask for a 2 days refund, not for check in days. My propose was accepted but any money received till now, 2 month later.
