We had a family vacation with other family members but didn’t stay together in the same place so we had to book a hotel kind of last minute and this place was just what we needed. We got the all inclusive service for breakfast lunch and dinner not one of the best places but it was great lots of people rooms were quiet with privacy and a very family oriented place the food was ok but with so many choices out of the hotel and so many places to go it was just fine for the price we visited for spring break so it was busy but not crazy

w Well just got back from a the stay at this hotel 7 day and 6 nights and I been to serval resort there .So let start it’s not near anything Expedia say it’s located too . Make sure to google map the address if staying here .location is right in front of the Cancun sailing dock they are a great company for a day out to the island the only draw back is every day 100 people come right by you on the beach and the thing it brings all the people selling items pretty well morning and evening. The beach is always covered in seaweed as as far as swimming you will have to walk down to a better part of the beach . The hotel is run down needs work . The beds are as hard as a rock this place needs lots of upkeep. The only thing good it does have good hot water but that about it . Then let’s talk about the food it’s ok but very basic and most of the time it is cold and I won’t say most kids wouldn’t eat what they served.The staff is pretty friendly and the bar is ok so I a summary I say it’s cheap but it’s in no way a 6/10 so when traveling u get what you pay for . I did read the reviews on here before so I thought I’d give a shot but most of bad reviews were on the money. For adults and and don’t minds a hard bed and not picky about food it will work for the price and u can now use uber down there now so have safe travels tell next review

Horrible, para el costo no vale la pena, hay mejores opciones, la comida solo te dan snack, hamburguesas y hotdogs todos los días, aparte te cobran un impuesto por limpieza de la playa la cual esta muy sucia de sargazo y no tiene playa la usan como muelle para los paseos en lancha de otros tours, la alberca es una burla mide como 4 metro de largo, no crean la foto que publican. Mejor busquen otras opciones.
