We had a family vacation with other family members but didn’t stay together in the same place so we had to book a hotel kind of last minute and this place was just what we needed. We got the all inclusive service for breakfast lunch and dinner not one of the best places but it was great lots of people rooms were quiet with privacy and a very family oriented place the food was ok but with so many choices out of the hotel and so many places to go it was just fine for the price we visited for spring break so it was busy but not crazy

They're overbook the Hotel. They told us no ac and other people and send us to different hotel for one night. Once we got, there is no AC in other hotel. We wer so tired and need sleep. Its midnight. They lies we have no AC in our room.The reason they put us in different hotel. They also told us to pick up at 9am Didn't get there until night 1030. Once we got back at hotel. The room's still not ready. We didn't get back into a room until 3 pay PM. Is disaster overall. I will not recommend this hotel Imperial Las Perlas to anyone.

Good value for what I paid. Food is decent, drinks decent as well. Average expectations were met. Rooms clean, somewhat older dated but bed, bathroom etc very clean. Right on the beach, but not really swimmable as a lot of seaweed in water. Would stay again if looking for budget location on the beach and all inclusive.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT! They are proud to announce across their web page that they are a 3 star resort. Spend the extra money. The beds are broken. There are no elevators. Breakfast everyday was always hotdogs, fruit or yogurt. The pool is dirty and had a film of slimy sunblock across it. The staff act like you are inconveniencing them. No smiles. They tell you NO for everything. Midway I had enough and started standing up to the bullies. They backed down. Clean towels: ya, no way. Good luck getting a clean pool towel! Security allowed young bucks to get drunk. Pee on the property in the corner and fight each other. Every morning we were surprised to see them still there. It’s unsafe. The beach is no beach. It’s on a marina which is beautiful however if you are looking to hang out at the beach, stay somewhere else. They act like you are trying to steal the TV remote and the AC remote. We asked for an umbrella for the poolside. They said NOO. I walked over and went and got one myself. I laughed thinking “what are they going to do. Kick us out”? This was budget trip. I knew we were not walking into a 5 star. But for Pete sakes be nice to the tourists. Save your money and go elsewhere! Front desk staff is rude. One male working there on our last day was happy and nice to us….we came as a family of 7. Everyone was disgusted and disappointed. We commented to each other “if the staff was nice we could look past everything else”. Never never again! Imperial Las Perla haha haha

I'm not sure the last time they updated this hotel was, but my honest guess is 15 years. It is soo rundown. The cupboards in my room were falling down, the gross shower wasn't completely clean. Everyday when I walked out there were workers that had the manhole covers open and were working on the sewage. I was there mainly to go the dentist. I couldn't imagine staying here for a vacation

If you’re looking for a fancy resort it is not this one. The facility is very old and sorely needs updating in places. The room was clean and housekeeping was minimal but it was good enough. The staff were hard working and provided excellent service. The dining options were somewhat limited. Similar dinners each night and there were very few desserts. They need a bit more variety in the menu. The beach was a small beach a couple of minutes walk away from the resort. It was pretty but not actually part of the tesortHaving said

Staff was super friendly, room was clean although could use some updates. We booked fully knowing that food options weren’t the greatest and that was the case. But we were ok with that. This isn’t a 5 star place, and they’re not claiming to be. With that in mind, if you’re looking to get to cancun on a budget, this is your place!

This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The rooms were filthy, with bloodstained blankets, and the food caused severe food poisoning that sent our entire family to the hospital, costing us $1,800. We were forced to switch hotels after just two nights, paying double, and the hotel refused to refund us for the terrible stay. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place—if I could give it zero stars, I would.
