People and sincere hospitality - that’s what differentiate “good” service from “great”
There are many good hotels in the Wod, but quite a few really “great” hotels
Super friendly and super helpful stuff, amazing breakfasts, great location - all in place … but what makes this place and its service impeccable - people. You feel more like a personal guest rather than another customer

I stayed 7 nights, and overall average experience.
Check-in process was fast and quick with professional front desk receptionists.
Housekeeping service was below expectations and it requires a lot of improvement.
The uncomfortable bed was not queen as advertised. They were two twin mattresses pushed together. They left big depression in the center.
I would rate this hotel experience in compare to the comfort, cleanliness and price, as average.

Best hotel in Saudi so far
The best hotel in Saudi so far. The only downside they don’t have free valet parking.

Best building , WORST service
A hotel is more than a nice building and comfortable rooms , its about feeling welcomed and taken care of .
In this luxury establishment the staff are not trained in hospitality at all . Their pool is not attended by staff. The staff charges for things we didn't use such as laundry and breakfast for young kids (even though they told us the kids are free of charge) . Even though , I tired to air my frustration to the manager , nothing is resolved .
Above the awful stay , when we checked out , the. staff didn't even ask the standard " how was your stay?" What shame

Worst hospitality experience , never again
The amenities in this hotel are top notch . However , the service there is not deserving to a 2 star hotel . Our stay in the hotel was disastrous in so many levels . It started when we checked in after 3PM to find out that my booking request of having all the rooms in one floor is not met (even though it was confirmed by the guest services). So to accommodate our request , we were forced to upgrade to room that is 50% more expensive then my original booking . Over that , we had to wait 3 hours for the rooms to be ready even though we came after the check-in time .
When I aired my frustration to the manager , he wanted to make it up for us by making the breakfast on the hotel free of charge. When we went for the breakfast the next day , we were charged for breakfast fully !!
The horror show continued in many occasions including :
- While at the pool , I was there for two hours , no staff was present to serve us any water , food or towels . we had to leave the pool just because we were dehidrated
- The other time we were in the pool with the kids , we were locked out in the pool for twenty minutes trying to get inside the building . The staff forgot to keep the door open .
- The TV in all rooms were scrambled in middle of an important match my kids were looking forward to
- The laundry service delivered clothes that was not for us even though we didn't have any of our clothes washed and insisted that this is our laundry .
Worst hospitality experience , never again

UTERLY Disappointing
While i was much looking forward to stay at the hotel with my family . We had our experience ruined before setting foot in our rooms .
While my original booking asked to be in the same floor for 3 rooms in which two are connected (for the kids) . As soon as we arrived and asked about the arrangement we asked for and was confirmed with the guest services the day of our booking , we were surprised that that won’t be possible . Instead of trying to accommodate our needs with the same rates we booked with , they Forcibly upgraded us to a higher tier room and charged us the difference of the upgrade which amounted to more then 10,000 SAR !!!
The real slap in the face was when I tried to air my frustration to the manager about this ludicrous forced upgrade due to guest services incompetence. The manager who promised to find a way to resolve this , his answer was a 12 piece box of chocolate and a letter .
The manager then told us that the breakfast will be on the house . When me and the family went to breakfast the next day , we were surprised that we had to pay full .
over that , when I was in the pool , I stayed there for two hours and NO STAFF was there to ask if I needed water or anything to drink. I. had to leave the pool because I was dehydrated and no one was serving us
