We got a shock that our reservation was gone while we arrived at airport in the midnight! After checking around it was back but the reserved queens beds room was not available for the first night and we kept on asking for the following two nights instead of being informed. We took wrong shuttle because no info was given and this caused a very late check in. Anyway our stay was pleasant, the breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful, the indoor pool was unexpected warm which is exllent for relax.

I was extremely unhappy with the room conditions. We received a handicap room when it was not requested & not a suite as booked. Immediately, the room temperature was below par. It was not maintaining the requested temperature set on thermometer after an unseasonably warm Charlotte day. Front staff was notified immediately and response was I'd have to wait until next day when maintainence member was available. Overnight room was uncomfortably hot. Next day I had to initiate the request again because it was not handled. Hotel was outdated & carpets were visibly stained in hallways. This transitioned into the room furniture which had stains on sofa cushions & beds were not expertly made. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for future stays.

Disgusting and worn down. Old food in fridge in our room, TV broken, shower leaked, shower curtain broken, hair in shower curtain and sink. Peeling wallpaper, cracked plaster. Old sour milk on coffee bar in the morning. Avoid if possible.

Breakfast was included... no napkins in two days that I was at the hotel. The pool was not in service and the AC in the room was not good. Water in shawer was cold.

We booked this hotel because we were going to a concert at Coyote Joe's. The hotel is only a half mile away. The room was clean and comfortable, easy parking and check in.

The hotel is just run down. It needs maintenance and needs to be cleaned better. First room the lock on the door didn’t work so we had to switch rooms. Second room was dirty and there were little flies around the room. Workers were nice but clearly they are probably short on staff overworked and underpaid. I’m sure the owners have money to fix these problems so just do better.

Person at front desk was extremely rude. Very unprofessional in his tone to me and my husband. Our room was over 85 degrees..finally got a room with working air conditioner. Room and hotel very very dated. I would never choose this hotel again.

We stayed here one night to take the shuttle for an early flight out of Charlotte. We took the shuttle at 5:30 AM. The driver was very friendly and helpful, loading our luggage for us. It was a 6 minute ride to the airport and he dropped us off at the departure terminal. When we got back, 5 days later, we called the hotel and they had a driver come pick us up within 15 minutes. This was very convenient and saved us the hassle of parking at the airport and using the shuttles. The hotel was very clean and comfortable

Night checkin receptionist was confrontational. If I had not prepaid for the night would have moved on to different establishment. Room heater messed up, noisy, thermostat none operational. Noisy freeway noise all night. Breakfast a joke, no OJ no milk what were those eggs??

The staff was courteous.The breakfast was excellent. It was an older building so I couldn't locate any USB outlets. The desk clerk said there were renovations on the way. I loved the floor plan. I stayed for 3 days. I was very comfortable. I would like to stay there again in the future..
