This was our third visit. Good location and close to everything. Trip slightly spoiled as the usual hotel policy had been a free bottle of wine, left in the room for stays lasting four nights or more. Since we stayed for five nights we had thought a bottle might be waiting. When we checked out we queried whether the this was no longer the case. Reception informed us that we should have received a bottle. They then had an extended phone conversation with house keeping. And said as we booked with Expedia- no bottle. I needed to get to the airport and didn't have time to challenge. However we won't be staying here again.
