Every employee we encountered were kind and helpful. Kish, especially, went above and beyond excellent service. There was also a gentleman who moved mountain to get us in to breakfast early one morning -I wish i had gotten his name! Our suite was well stocked with drinks in the frig and the bar as well. Hotel and room was fantastic. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The big let down with the hotel is that opposite the hotel is an underground music venue that holds raves. This are normally Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We were on the 2nd floor and out whole room was vibrating from the base from the music. This went on until 4am and then for the next hour or so you had hundreds of drunk people screaming and shouting outside. This does really let the hotel down because the hotel is 5star but with the music venue so close it really lets it down and for that reason I would never stay here again.
