The hotel itself is a beautiful, lovely place. There were so many small details that added to the stay and made it memorable: delicious cookies waiting for me on my bed with a handwritten, personalized note; cheerful, helpful breakfast staff; delicious breakfast; a yummy afternoon snack (tomato basil soup); super soft bath robes; peaceful music playing when I first entered my room; beautiful room decor; bath salts; and more. The bed and pillows were extra comfy and the sheets were extra soft. The staff, though, is what makes it truly, uniquely wonderful!! Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, helpful, and seemed to have a gentle, peaceful personality. It was if I was someone extra special and they genuinely cared about me and my stay. The staff also seemed like they were a tight-knit, little family that worked together and got along with one another. I would definitely stay here again!
