The hotel is not staffed 24 hours but the check in was easy and the information provided was very helpful and the staff did their best to make us welcome. Free coffee, biscuits and milk sachets...as many as you liked

We had a fantastic time in Venice and this hotel was a large part of that. The location is absolutely fantastic and makes it easy to explore Venice to your heart's content. The host was also amazing. Always available to make a recommendation or give a helpful advice. Highly recommend!

Hotel staff/concierge was amazing. He gave great recommendations and was very personable. There was no staff present in the late afternoons or evenings, but it was very easy to come and go regardless and we didn't have any issues that needed attention during those hours, fortunately. We were given excellent instructions regarding how to get from the train station to the hotel and also from the hotel to the airport before we even arrived, thanks to their quick attention to our messages sent to the hotel. The room was pretty and perfect for 3 people and had plenty of space for us and we enjoyed our canal view. Our only real complaint is that the walls are super thin so we did hear our neighbors at night, but this is probably the case with all older buildings.

Mycket bra rum med fantastisk takhöjd och vacker utsikt med kanalen utanför fönstret. Rummet städas varje dag. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam service i receptionen. Man får en karta på rummet med tips utskrivna på bra besöksmål. Mkt bta läge. Vi älskar boendet här.

Greit hotell med god beliggenhet og en fantastisk resepsjonist som var engasjert og serviceinnstilt. Han tok seg god tid og informerte oss om alt fra gode restauranter, severdigheter som museer og gallerier, og hvor det var fint å spasere. Han var meget kunnskapsrik om hele Venezia. Vi bodde 3 netter før vi som planlagt byttet område/hotell, men kartet og informasjonen vi fikk her ble med oss under hele oppholdet i Venezia. Rommet var litt lytt mot resepsjonen, men hadde alt vi trengte for et fint opphold. Kan absolutt anbefales. Alle vi har møtt på denne reisen har vært utrolig imøtekommende og hjelpsomme!

This is a gem of a hotel in a fantastic city. Perfect location for everything you might want to visit in Venice, easy access to Vaporetti, train station and sights. Room is ample and has everything you might need, service is top notch, great recommendations and a very attentive staff. Worth paying a little extra for the canal view, we will return.

God beliggenhet, veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Rom mot bakgård. Overraskende stort. Kart og ark med mye nyttig informasjon på rommet. God instruksjon på hvordan finne fram. NB! Informasjon ble sendt på WhatsApp som jeg ikke bruker - så sjekk der hvis du ikke får info. Da jeg ringte så fikk jeg info på SMS med en gang.
