The location of your hotel is quite good, and the two Chinese staff members at the front desk were polite and helpful. However, the room had a strong musty smell, which affected our experience. We checked out on the morning of the 19th, and it has been three days, but our deposit has still not been refunded. During our stay, we also spent one night at another hotel, and their deposit was refunded to us the very next day. I left a message for your hotel last night but have not received any reply, which is quite disappointing. I hope you can look into this matter and process our deposit refund as soon as possible.

Slow check-in, 30 minutes just me no queue. Staff didn’t give me room. I had asked for. WiFi was poor. Ample parking. Property being renovated so hope it will be better in future. Good location good price good value for money. In breakfast coffee, muffins and snack bar. So it’s just so so decent place to sleep with kitchen (but no utensils provided)

After booking a room over a month ago I arrived at the location and I was told there were no rooms available because they were overbooked and there was nothing they could do for me. I called hotels.com and they were not able to do anything for me as well. All they said was we'll help you cancel your reservation which left me without a hotel room for the night before running a marathon the next day

Incredibly disappointing, these folks are renovating the whole hotel while allowing prospect customers to reserve rooms simply because they can’t afford to shut it down while renovating it. No breakfast, no gym and not amenities for kitchenette— a complete embarrassment. I asked for a refund

The hotel ran out of toilet paper …WOW AMAZING. Also this hotel doesn’t have the capacity to ship items left behind. They don’t even make the attempt to help. I was not please with this hotel rude customer service from the front desk. Won’t be staying here again

I would strongly not recommend this hotel due to serious cleanliness and safety concerns. The room was visibly dirty upon arrival, including unclean surfaces, stained linens, and an overall lack of basic hygiene that made the stay very uncomfortable. Even more concerning was the lack of safety. Doors and locks did not feel secure, and there was little evidence that guest safety was a priority. This created an unsettling environment and made it difficult to relax or feel at ease during the stay. During my stay, I noticed fire extinguishers that were expired, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous in any lodging facility. In addition, doors were broken and did not properly secure, creating a major safety risk for guests. For the price paid, I expected at minimum a clean and safe room, which was not delivered. I would not stay here again and advise others to look elsewhere. Hotels have a responsibility to meet basic safety standards, and this property failed to do so. I did not feel safe staying here and would strongly advise others to choose a different hotel.
