Beds were nice, I did have to call to get a new blanket for my son’s bed since the one had yellow stuff on it. we got the three bedroom. And the shower had random hair in it and there was mold in the bathroom. We didn’t notice till we took showers in the morning so we let them know at check out. He refunded the $6 resort fee which I still don’t really know if they should charge that since theirs nothing crazy included. We stayed in room 210 oh and the breakfast was muffins toast English muffins make your own waffles juice hot chocolate and some fruits. We would stay again but would definitely check the room fully before getting settled in.

There was candy wrappers on the floor from previous guests, no hand soap available, had to wash hands with shower soap, sink was plugged took forever to drain and the guy that checked us in was less than friendly

You get what you pay for.

The hotel is pretty rundown. The pool was ok but a bit dirty. The hotel room window was moldy and you couldn’t see through it. The breakfast was fine if you can eat gluten. The hot breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Great place to stay!!

We came to Lincoln City for my daughter's late 21st birthday get-a-way and our stay was great!!! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

The check in from hell

unfortunately, our stay at Ashley‘s was horrific. We couldn’t even make it past getting checked in. We went up to our room and it was not cleaned. Came back three hours later still not cleaned. Then was forced to walk around with the attendant to find a room that was clean then they wouldn’t even give me my money back when I decided to leave, stated their manager wasn’t in.

Brief stay was okay, but wouldn't stay again.

Every time we came back to our hotel room as soon as the door was opened the room smelled really musty. We had to turn on the AC to try and get rid of the smell. Breakfast was everything carb from waffles, toast, muffins and cereal for our four nights stay.

Overall we had a good stay, family friendly and we felt safe. for breakfast we had waffles but wish for meat option too. We used the pool it was ok, grill was barely workin, fire pit was not. We put some hotdogs on the drill and got them to warmed up but not sizzling hot. minor unpleasant details: toilet was old, and was not flushing then was running water all the time, we had to get inside to adjust it. the light stopped working in the bathroom at the end of our stay.

Not the best this time, but will still return.

Decent stay for price range and being on the highway instead of beach. Pretty stormy this trip and we were on top floor. Very clearly patched areas were leaking still bad enough to require a garbage can. Bathtub wouldnt drain, toilet seat was broken. That said, staff is always friendly and things appear clean. We stay here when we come for events and not to enjoy beach views.

We have stayed here before and it was five stars all the way. This time around we received a room that was filthy with dog fur. We had a little one crawling around and noticed it on her clothing. Fur was everywhere, especially along the walls and corners of the room, even on the sofa. A little vacuum was brought to the room, at first the employee did the vacuuming, we eventually convinced him to leave the vacuum for us to clean up the fur. Housekeepers need to clean the rooms thoroughly after a pet has stayed in a room. Better still, designate rooms which will house pets. Keep the others dander and fur free for guests who travel without pets.
