Resort is huge and consists of several hotels. Respectful number of ala cart restaurants, few buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the best part of this resort is beach, long, beautiful beach where you don't have yo worry if you will find the shade or not. Even if beach is crowded, you don't have that feeling becuase of size and shape of the beach. Service in the restaurants and bars is great.

Excellent facilities and the staff was great. The food was also surprisingly good for an all inclusive. We enjoyed the many pools and several of the regional restaurants. The only disappointment was the beach, which had massive amounts of seaweed. Unfortunately, we were here at one of the worst times for seaweed.

Highly recommend this resort. Very clean, well maintained with great service. Lots of activities, great food with lots of options. Very family friendly, nice pools and surroundings with a relaxed atmosphere. Only issue is the sea weeds which made it impossible to swim in the ocean. I heard this is an issue across the whole peninsula, not just limited to this resort. This seems to be an issue during summer months so better to visit during fall or spring months.

They seemed to have a sense of whatever, whenever. The food was ok, but nothing like their neighbors in Cancun. Our family experience was ok, but do. it plan to visit this chain of hotels again.

We were fortunate to be moved into Family Selection area of resort upon check in, we did not know about this beforehand, but an excellent upgrade for families wanting a little more privacy. Location is a good 25-30 minutes from Tulum, and an hour from Tulum Airport just so you know. Overall, very good experience at this property and would highly recommend it.

I booked and paid for a queen double bed room that came with a couch. When I arrived with my family of 4 they gave me a room with one bed and provided us cover for the couch. Once I brought it to their attention, I was basically told there is nothing they can do because that was all they had available. They waited until I got all the way across country to surprise me in that fashion. They also did nothing to compensate my inconvenience and uncomfortable stay. I will never go back!

Always love staying here. The beach was cleaner than I have ever seen it! Unfortunately we did get some bad weather due to the tail end of the storm, but it was still an excellent time. Lots to do, and perfect for kids! The new rooms at Kantenah were great. Although we booked a king room and were put in a room with 2 doubles, but we made jt work.

The food was very average nothing changed during one week same food for breakfast lunch and dinner. The cleaning staff didn’t change our dirty towels they just folded them back. Didn’t wash the floor and the second blanket that they brought smelled horrible. The hotel is big and beautiful. Clean beach

Grounds are beautiful. Pools are great. Food is good for all inclusive. Concierge was super helpful. Thank you Illiette! The biggest downside to this property is room service is basically non existent.
