The only thing that was disappointing is that there was only one ice maker and it didn't work. I got one ice cube. The front desk person tried to fix it but she couldn't fix it. I'm sure once the remodeling's all done I'll be really nice. I was pleasantly surprised, because sometimes the pictures you get on your site aren't reflective of what you really get. The rooms here were very nice and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. I only stayed one night because I was flying from California to Pennsylvania and I had a 13-hour layover and didn't want to stay in the hotel because there's nothing that PIE

We were disappointed in our stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which is a good thing, and our room had been recently renovated. It was pretty, but I felt like the designer hadn't though much about practicality. There was no chair, so we had to sit on the bed to do everything. The bathroom had a raised sink, leaving NO counter space. I doubt I would stay there again.

The building is under construction but it did not hinder us. The property is clean, the rooms were very nicely updated. The staff was courteous. Did not have a coffee machine in the room and the coffee area in the lobby was a little disappointing considering there wasn’t one in the room. I feel if the room doesn’t offer coffee the lobby should have a very nice offering of coffee. Would define stay again, located near a lot off restaurants and other things to do in the area.

Pool not heated. Very cold water. Building under construction. Pulled up to hotel and was shocked they were open. Driiling,sawing and hammering starting at 9am everyday. So dont plan on sleeping in. Pubic hairs on our toilet when we arrived. No wayer pressure in the shower at all. Definitely will never stay here again. Tried to cancel reservations and go somewhere else. But of course no cancelations. Reservations final.

This hotel was in the process of being renovated. The first floor was still being worked on, so they were putting people in the second and third floor. We were on the third floor and our room was very clean and very new. However not all rooms had all the amenities yet. We had an amazing young lady at the front counter named Andrea and she had such a delightfulpersonality. She was so welcoming, accommodating, and she went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Honestly when I saw how good the price was to stay there, I checked the reviews and saw how good they were. And that was what made us book this hotel. The next time I'm in the area I'd like to come by and see how it looks completely finished. And I hope Andrea's boss sees this and gives her a raise or a promotion.
