I cannot recommend this place to anyone based on my recent experience, which was quite disappointing. I had high hopes for our vacation, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. One of the major issues we encountered was that although there were two TVs in our accommodation, both of them were not functioning at all. This made it difficult for us to unwind and enjoy some entertainment during our downtime. Additionally, I was frustrated to find that we did not have access to the pool and gym facilities, which are usually highlights of a vacation stay. This limited our options for activities and really impacted our overall enjoyment. My kids, in particular, were left feeling bored and restless without these amenities to keep them engaged. Overall, this experience was far from what we had anticipated, and I would advise others to consider their options carefully before choosing this location for their vacation.

The room we stayed is was nothing like the photos on the website. The room was extremely run down. Locks broken on the front door, holes in the wall, flooring was coming up (my kids were hurting themselves from the flooring), cracks in doors, the toilet bowl brush in the bathroom looked like it was 20 years old with no brissels left on it - makes me question the cleanliness of the place. There were light bulbs burned out. There was no toilet paper, no tissues, no paper towel, no hair conditioner, not enough towels for everyone (also no where to hang towels). There were no replacement garbage bags. There was still bedding in the dryer from the cleaning staff. The windows were filthy and the door to the balcony didn't open. Very disappointed.

L’emplacement est proche de commodité, l’appartement est propre mais ils ont oublié de laver le four que le précédent locataire a utilisé. Dommage que il y as un seul casserole dans l’appartement, j’ai demandé pour qu’on puisse le ramène un autre casserole mais personne n’est venue pendant notre séjour de une semaine. This was by far one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. The floors were damaged and in disrepair, and there was a makeshift apparatus blocking the window that still failed to keep the wind out. Broken mirrors. Heater not working. The overall condition of the unit was unacceptable, and the service provided by the suite owners was completely unprofessional. I was asked to pay a deposit which I did numerous times but kept getting reversed, due to no fault of mine. The sketchy suite owners then requested e-transfer deposit (which is not a secure form of payment) and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I deeply regret booking this place and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Travellers beware! Never book here! This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. - the instructions on how to access the unit were confusing: I arrived around 11pm and had to stand out in the cold for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get in. - I arrived to the unit to find that there was no power: no electricity for lights, except one light. After an hour on the phone I was told this can’t be fixed and I had to spend the night without power. So shower in the dark. Brunch teeth in the dark. No charging phones all night. - the bed was extremely uncomfortable. This is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever been on. - the blinds were broken so light came in and woke me up 4 hours later. - there is no coffee in the apartment, and even if there was, how would I make it without power. - I checked out that morning due to the terrible service. I only stayed for one night out of four booked, and I was not offer a refund - not even for the three nights I didn’t spend there.

I usually don’t leave reviews and I’m not a picky traveler — I’m fine with simple places as long as they’re honestly advertised. But this was a joke. We left after one night. The place was not clean, outdated, and nothing like the pictures (the same place but a few years apart). I feld scammed You self-check-in, realize you've been misled, and there's no really ways to get any help beside contacting customer service. Customer service from the host — they just said “sorry for the inconvenience” and did nothing. Thankfully, Hotels.com was very helpful, but I don’t understand how they keep listing properties like this without verifying the photos. Might barely work for one night if you just need a bed near Union Station or Scotiabank Arena — but even then...

Stains on the carpet, not enough toilet paper for the duration of the stay (staff was of course unable to reach), the floor boards were lifting from previous water damage, mirror was broken, water went cold towards the end of shower, not enough towels (again, staff was unable to reach) and some of the blinds were missing.
