Michele, at the front desk, was great! She let us know our reservation was for a 1st floor, next to elevator room and was able to get us changed to a higher floor away from the elevator. She gave an awesome dinner recommendation to the "Our Deck Down Under". Our room faced the ocean with a balcony. The room had frig, microwave, coffee maker and toiletries. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The elevators are pretty fast, not much wait time. There is an IHOP across the street but the hotel offers homemade donuts, coffee, tea and juice in the morning. There are 3 pools on the premises, shuffleboard, a putting course and a tiki bar. Direct access from hotel to beach.

The room was spacious and had a great view. You can tell they are still in the middle of renovations because the outside is very old and dated. The floors needed to be mopped etc. Plus the coating on the windows is peeling, the back door to the balcony gets stuck. Lots off nice grass/sitting areas outside. The indoor heated pool was really appreciated since the outside temperature had dropped making the outside pools and beach too cold. This is a very nice property so once they finish the renovations I'm sure it will be very nice. I would stay here again. The staff was nice and friendly.

Our stay at Perry’s Ocean Edge Resort exceeded expectations. The location right on Daytona Beach is unbeatable—waking up to the ocean view was the highlight of our trip. The property has a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. While the resort has a classic charm, it’s well-maintained and offers great value. We would absolutely stay here again.

Got placed in a room with people who were checked in until next day (was greeted by a half naked man with my 2 kids) had to wait 30 minutes to be placed in a different room. Our room was NOT cleaned shower was disgusting, snot boogers on the bathroom door and on the tv. Was only provided 2 forks when there was 4 of us staying in the room. All 3 of the soap bottles in the shower was all EMPTY completely empty! The hot tub was GREEN like a swamp! The beds had stains and black lint all over the sheets… one of the towels in the bathroom had 2 brown stains on them…. Overall a terrible stay will never be going again. I HIGHLY do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay at Perry's was alright. When we got our first room it wasn't even clean. It didnt have any pillows, sheet, or covers on the bed. No towels or anything in the bathroom. So had to call front desk and let them know they had to find us another room. When we got our 2nd room it wasnt that bad. It was clean but some thing's look out dated like the building itself. You could tell it was an older place but it wasn't to bad for one night. It had a little kitchen and oceanfront was really nice. So I would give the place/building a 2.5 star. But in cleaningness alone i would give it a 3.5 star. For staff excellence they were really nice I would rate it a 4 star in niceness. Thats my thoughts. It was neat stopping for one night to see Daytona Beach and then driving the next day to Orlando for a week.
The back of Perry's were you can go down to the beach.
Right behind my room I had level one on the ground floor oceanfront and you can walk out on the patio and see beach.

The overall resort was very amazing, I definitely recommend it. From the staff down to the room and the location, Our room literally had a view of the beach, the room itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable. They even allow pets for a very small fee, I was so happy I got to bring my little Yorkie with me lol. I would gladly stay here again, thank you for making my stay a wonderful one. :)

The hot tub was enjoyable but wavered between Luke warm and perfect. A restaurant would be nice. The place is a wonderful place to bring a family. The bartenders of the Tiki Hut were all fantastic.

The resort was great! Lots of things to do, clean and great staff. We would’ve liked more breakfast options available beyond the donut bar but overall a great experience. We will definitely stay again.

Our room overlooked a beautiful beach. The pools were clean and enjoyable. However, the Tiki Bar looked run down and the 2 complimentary drink tickets we received were accepted as cash and did not cover the full cost of the “complimentary “ drinks. There was also not a restaurant at the property so the “complimentary” breakfast was just coffee and donuts. The hotel room appeared clean overall but our feet said otherwise. The floor in our room did not appeared to have been mopped in a while.
