The place was clean and staff was great. If you are traveling with big groups and/or small kids this is a dream place with cafeteria style food and all the amenities. If you are older and looking for good quiet drinks and food look somewhere else. We had fun just not a lot of good food options for us. Disney has good transportation and Universal was Uber ride away.

We bought the tickets at the hotel and the attendant at the front desk that sold me the tickets didn’t ask me if I was a Florida resident and I was over charge for the tickets, I was charged $359.98 for two tickets for one day at Epcot; furthermore train your employees better so they can offer Florida residents the right price and it doesn’t happen again to anyone else

Rooms were clean, pool area was really cool and lots of areas for your little ones to run around. We did have a problem with one of the rooms, havung to run up to the front desk multiple times to get new cards for the door. They had a malfunction I suppose.

Horrible experience, will never return to this hotel. There was a thickness of dust on the floors. The food in the hotel was Terrible. The coffee was always out. And parking was horrible. After a day at Disney we could not find a parking spot slot to where we were staying and ending up Walking a mile just to get back to our room.
