Fee is nonrefundable. There is a$150 Deposit fee. Not all hotels in San Francisco have deposits most of the time they are $50-$100. Deposit is not returned immediately… which is inconvenient. Take everything out of your car there’s a lot of people walking through the main Street alleyway. Other than that nice and quiet!!!

The room was ok, it worked for what I was ultimately coming up there to do, and that's just be a place where I can ultimately have some space and lay my head down at. The price was reasonable, I could hear my neighbors working making more humans while I was there. Maybe some sound insulation would be great to add into the rooms so guests won't have to be exposed to what the other guests are doing? Because, yikes. I would have not liked for that to be a memory for me to recall. Outside of all the items I just listed, this location isn't the best, and it isn't the worse. To be fair they have maintenance crew that do their job and the front desk staff was very helpful and professional.

The room was good, nothing special. Why I’m giving it 2 stars is because there’s a lot of sus activity happening at this location. After coming back to the room I found a person peeking inside my friend’s car and turns out he was our neighbor. Then there’s the random homeless people hanging out in the parking lot.
