From my experience Comfort Inn are hit or miss, and I'm always apprehensive about booking one. Some are very nice and some are pretty awesome. Thankfully this one was very nice. Pretty much everything has been remodeled, so ever is new and modern.

This was a former Hampton Inn. The properly looks newly remodeled with an 80s beach type theme. Room was clean, smelled nice, good size with modern furnishings. WiFi was slow (3down/2up). I did not use the TV. The bed/pillows were great. Mini fridge with SMALL freezer. Bathroom was OK. The shower/tub looked a bit worn for a remodeled room. Shower had good pressure but the water never got very hot (warm-ish). I did not have the breakfast. The front desk is not staffed all the time. Plenty of parking. No noise issues.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, but this is the only positive unfortunately. The room we had was in very poor condition, especially for the price we paid. The heat did not work, the TV said “no signal,” the door handle to the bathroom was barely hanging on, the smoke detector was missing, the vent in the bathroom was filthy, and the carpet was severely stained and dirty. If we weren’t so tired after driving all day, we would have left for another hotel. Breakfast was basic, but did have hot eggs and sausage. There was cereal, but no milk and the muffins were hard and dry. With some TLC and attention, this hotel would have potential.

The hotel worked for a quick stop and breakfast had decent variety. Appreciate the kind staff. The room could have been a little more cleaned up (hair in shower) but it wasn’t awful.

We had two rooms because we had 6 people. One of the rooms was just fine. However the other room was disgusting. One of the beds wasn’t even made and there was a dirty bandaid stuck inside the sheets. There were stains of something I’m not sure it was washed. It grossed me out and I couldn’t sleep because of it.

So unclean!

When we arrived the lobby did not have AC, only rooms. Construction fans all around, and not a good smell. When we arrived in the bedroom the bed had stains and hair on the sheets. We requested a transfer to another bedroom and they did. That one was a bit cleaner but the bathroom was also dirty. We almost left right there but stayed and left without having breakfast because we couldn’t stand the place anymore.
