We were extraordinarily saddened by our recent visit. We have stayed there before and absolutely enjoyed our time. This visit, however, was very different as if a gloomy cloud hung over the historic B&B. Will was very nice and we enjoyed our time visiting with him, however, we experienced an "unwanted" visitor in our room (a rodent) and we were not able to stay. We called Will and left a voicemail as we moved to another hotel, but we were disappointed we did not hear back. We could tell the property was not as well maintained as in the past and the owner just seemed overwhelmed. We do not want a refund and we wish the owners all the best in their efforts to reinvigorate this once beautiful property. Blessings and peace, Randy and Julie Moser
