I was traveling alone with two kids (3 and 4 years). So what are the minuses:
1. At the hotel no one help with stroller - so I was like a monkey in circus - consierge just watched calmly how i managed the stroller (folded and unfolded it from the car)
2. Twice 07.02 and 08.02 i asked room service to make sandwiches (butter and cheese) with skimmed milk for my kids and several times got the answer “we do not have it in menue” and other time they got us some terrible greasy staff with fried potatoes that i did not ask. So only a kind guy that got this stuff to our room managed to explain room service what they had to prepare (he was my superhero. Many thanks to that young guy)

In theory this could have been a bad review. The restaurant and spa were closed for renovation, the lack of soundproofing in the interconnecting rooms meant our noisy neighbours kept us awake at 5am, and we were promised a room with a bath but didn’t get one.
However the way the brilliant staff responded to every problem or request, the beautiful rooms and the really helpful concierge made a big difference and left us with such a positive view of the hotel still. The duty manager Andreea was especially helpful even helping us arrange a car back from the National Arena late at night. Would definitely return and trust that the issues we had were one offs.
