Disappointed. Valet was a nightmare. Staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and were not communicative. Line to park car/ retrieve car took forever. Line at front desk was always super long. Staff was not helpful in trying to get more towels we needed. No number to call, front desk said to do on portal (again no number), so we were sent downstairs to the office and they never brought us up towels. Elevators broken, had to use stairs to 6th floor multiple times. Otherwise, relatively clean, looked like pictures, clean pool, access to beach, etc.

The room was okay. Bathrooms wasnt satisfactory. The shower floor looked gross, with rust and some white stuff all over. Wasnt any of the bathrooms pictured. The acces to the beach was good. The bar inside the hotel was nice and food was decent. The pool was great and the outside tiki hut. The staff were nice and helpful.
