The apartment was located in a beautiful area. The bathroom was very clean. The residential area around the property is very nice and is occupied with beautiful homes. The Galleria mall is literally down the street and the beach is very close. The neighbors were very noisy which is no fault of the property but just something I thought I would mention. The hosts are very accommodating. Thank you!

The apartment was nice and mostly clean, except for a few towels (hair and stains on them). The toilet seat was broken on one side so kept moving when using the toilet. The apartment being on the ground level/first floor looking over the parking lot means there is no privacy so you need to leave the blinds down. It's a bit noisy with the airport not too far, but is close to some nice spots in the Wynwood neighborhood. Lots of codes to remember (gate, pedestrian door, front door). There was no hair dryer so we contacted the management and they left one the next day and some clean towels.

I (female) arrived first before the rest of my party. While alone, another guest tried to get into my room because they double booked, huge safety concern. They didn’t even try to make it right and tried to say it was “cleaning staff.” False. The rooms walls were damaged, smoke alarms were just wires hanging from ceiling, burn marks on the furniture, no blankets on the bed, hair left everywhere (esp in the shower). Would not stay again & would not recommend.

Super mixed feelings about this stay. I got moved last minute to a different unit down the street which was fine, but once there, there was a host of issues. First of all, the heater wasn't working and the first 2 nights the unit got down to 56 degrees inside, and the beds only come with a thin sheet as the blanket. I went to look for extra blankets in the closet and found 2, one of which had a used band aid stuck to it. I asked them to have someone come fix the heater after the first night which they responded saying they would, only to come back to a cold house with the heater dial turned up but clearly still not working. Other than that, the pictures definitely make the space seem a little more luxurious than it is. And finally, on my second to last night there, I was making dinner when 4-5 cockroaches crawled out of a hole in the wall before disappearing again. Would not recommend staying here unless you're really in a pinch.
