We prepaid for our room arrived at 10:30Pm and had to wait 25 minutes to get our beds made because they did not have clean linens. Although the girl that came in and made the beds was very nice and friendly. The pool looks like it hasn’t been opened in years.

The room was dirty. One small garbage basket for the whole room including the bathroom, and that garbage was full when we got into the room. The room smelled like cigarettes even though we were given a non-smoking room. One small bar of soup and a single Packet of shampoo; as big as a small sugar packet. A for breakfast, they offered coffee and a single wrapped muffin.

The facility was not clean at all , the receptionist was rude , my stay was cancelled , i went to view my room before paying and the beds and carpets had stains and the sheets had black dots all over them and the pictures looked nothing like it did in person . It wasn’t even the same furniture. It smelled like cigarettes. It was stuffy in the room.

If you are looking for a bare bones place ro sleep for a night, it was fine. The room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. The website advertises breakfast, which there was none--only coffee. It also says the rooms have irons but they do not and were told they were instructed by Wyndham to remove them all. The parking lot was full of garbage. The toilet only flushed if you pulled the lever from inside the tank. No bath mat, so be prepared to get out of the shower to slippery tile and there was only one hand towel so couldn't even put that down. Safety lock on the door was broken off but there was a deadbolt.

The rooms were dirty, my kids found condoms behind the headboard of the bed. The doors were covered in mold. The beds are small. The environment showed signs of a lot of illegal activity happening on the property. This is not a safe environment at all. Men on the property continuously followed the children around and were being very weird. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

Everything about this hotel was suspect. Parking lot was in disrepair, the lobby smelled awful and the “free breakfast” was non-existent. The front desk clerk had told us it was grab and go, and said to ask for it the next morning. The next morning, the other lady told us, they didn’t offer it at all. I had to ask for a couple of granola bars just so my daughter had something to eat before her soccer tournament. Expedia may want to update their amenities on this hotel because they do not offer free breakfast. Would not stay here again. The older lady who checked us in was very nice though.
