Well I was charge for the room a week before my reservation date and then told they would cancel my reservation because the card didn’t approve the transaction. Got all that settled then upon check in I was told I had a 250 deposit that was advertised when booking the room. On the second day we ran out of towels and the entire hotel didn’t have any clean towels to give out. The front desk manager didn’t want to tell us that and just told us she would bring some up when she got them. 2 hours went by and when I went down to check on them she offered pool towels and then told me the truth. The third and forth day we ran out of towel paper and I asked the front desk for towels and toilet paper and came back and it was never delivered to the room. I had to once again go down and ask for it a second time. The front desk people are not welcoming and the front desk manager seems lost when you ask her anything. The pool is small. The only thing the hotel had going for them was the free breakfast in the morning. They never cleaned our room the entire stay. They came once and took the dirty towels and trash.
