We arrived and checked in by 2:55pm. They changed our room as there were a number of college students in Bldg where first assigned. Good so far. THEN we were given cards for bldg 22 only they did not work, back to guest services. The gal asked if lights where working on entry pad we said NO lights, she re-keyed cards and sending security as sometimes the batteries are bad in entry pad. Still could not enter, waited 20 minutes NO security, made call to Guest Services, guaranteed to send security, another 20 minutes NO security. Made a 2nd call to Guest Services. Finally Security arrived, but he could only unlock our room with a key, he doesn't replace batteries, not his job. Now if we leave room how do we get back in??? Now 4:30pm and back to guest services we go. Request manager, only to be assigned ANOTHER ROOM! Manager will meet us at room to be sure it opens. I tried key card, lights on entry pad BUT door DOES NOT OPEN!! Manager comes up and tries her fob, door DOES NOT OPEN! SURPRISE??? We request a refund, but she calls someone, he comes DOOR DOES NOT OPEN! BUT if you kick door and shoulder push it, it would open, we are told that is what we need to do. We are in our 70's REALLY? did not offer another room, so we enter and there is a gap in doorway as frame or door is way off, problem not addressed at all. For the cost of this room for 2 nights, I will tell you now, WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!! We were there to golf, and the golf course was in poor shape.
