The room was very comfortable though the water in the soaking tub couldn’t get hot- I was told this would be fixed and it wasn’t. Just flagging it so it will be fixed for the next guest! It’s a disappointing thing when you choose the room for the tub!

Very good location. Service was great, nice breakfast. A couple of recommendations would be; 1. The replacement of a glass door into the bathroom, not very private and the light on meant that the other person was woken. 2. There was no warm water from sink.

This is a wonderful hotel and a new favourite of mine. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us and were very kind and warm. This is also the perfect location to stay in Glasgow, safe and well-placed for restaurants, museums and parks.

Room was really small and because it was next to the kitchen, reception desk and near the breakfast room, it was noisy in the morning and a lie in was impossible. When I tried to get hold of the hotel to tell them I would be unexpectedly arriving after 21:30 (when reception closes) I got no reply to either me phone calls or email. This meant it was very stressful not knowing if I’d even be able to get into the hotel. Staff were pleasant and breakfast selection was fine. Location for exploring the West End was also good. I feel it was overpriced for what I got though (it was the same price as 2 nights at the George in Edinburgh that included cooked to order breakfast and a bottle of wine when I arrived)

Friendly welcome, and it was lovely being taken to my room. It was generally quiet (apart from noisy washing machines? in the evening). The shower was quite hard to use - it was either a bit too hot or quite a bit too cold. I had a nice stay anyway. Breakfast was really good for a continental breakfast!
