Great place to stay - breakfast downstairs was really great. They did not have a fridge or access to ice, but graciously let us store refridgerated medication in the office fridge. Very close to Edgmore station (and Paddington which has every line).

The staff was helpful. The hotel is pleasantly located right near the Paddington Basin, away from the hustle and bustle of Paddington Station but near to most London landmarks. All required amenities were provided, and the full English breakfast was lip smacking!

At arrival the room was clean and tidy. But during our three days stay the bed was not made, the minibar was not refilled, no clean towels and the litter bins were not emptied. We were a few minutes early for breakfast because of a trip and the staff was very rude. This staff need to learn how to run a hotel.

A nice stay

We had a very nice stay at Premier Inn Paddington Basin. The rooms were spacious compared to the usual London standards, and the area was quiet and peaceful — a welcome change after the busier experiences in the city centre. The hotel is well connected to buses, the Underground, and trains via both Edgware Road and Paddington Station. I recommend using the Citymapper app to get around. It’s only a few stops from Piccadilly Circus and other popular central spots (about 10–15 minutes by Tube). There are also several cafés and restaurants nearby. Housekeeping was okay. They don’t automatically replenish towels, toilet paper, soap, or empty bins — you have to request room cleaning when needed. It would have been nice if the cleaning had been a bit more thorough. Breakfast was a decent, typical English breakfast, although it could get quite busy at certain times. Overall, we would happily stay here again. It’s centrally located yet pleasantly quiet — a good balance for a London visit.

This property is fine for one night before you need to head to Heathrow as it's right by Paddington, but two nights is too long if you're on a leisure trip. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. One even went out of her way to find my friend's lost reading glasses! But just bear in mind this hotel is VERY basic. If you need an extra towel, an iron, anything - you will have to physically go down to the front desk to get it yourself. There is zero ambiance. The area surrounding feels more like an office park. In fact, there was a cool coffee shop we were going to visit but it was closed on Saturday - probably because it catered to the office workers. The hotel bar and restaurant is adequate but basic. You will have no sense at all that you are in London. No vibes. So again - fine for a one night before departure. Any longer than that and you may be wishing you'd made a different choice.

The people at the hotel, especially Afifa, was extremely kind and professional. Greeting me in the morning every day of my 5 night stay. The room, which does not have a safe or fridge, was very clean and comfortable. There is no hair conditioner, just FYI. I did not care for the continental breakfast, it was crowded and messy. But if you eat a full breakfast, it seems like an excellent deal. The hotel is literally steps from the Paddington Station, it is very convenient. My only quibble is that the hotel had the worst Internet service I have ever experienced at a hotel. What makes this worse is that you can pay for better internet if you pay an extra 5 pounds a day. It is an office area, so there's no way decent internet is not available, but companies have to squeeze every cent out of people. That's all that is keeping my review from being 5 stars. If you have work to do you will pull your hair out because of the Internet.

카페트는 한번도 청소하지 않아 먼지투성이에 침대시트를 바꾸기 위해서는 비용을 따로 지불해야 했어요. 타올에서는 담배 냄새가 났고 냉장고도 없었습니다. 심지어 공사로 밤에는 물을 못썼으며 엘레베이터는 고장나서 몇개밖에 운영을 안해 항상 정체되어 있었습니다. 와이파이도 연결됐다 안됐다 불안정했어요. 직원들은 친절했지만 제가 경험한 최악의 호텔이었어요 다시는 프리미어 인 계열은 예약할 일은 없을꺼 같습니다
