Old school type of hotel that's a throwback to a bygone era but still nicey kept. Had a very pleasant overnight stay while in town. Very close to The Prince of Wales Hotel (where check in took place) where you could get a good meal.

This was a very comfortable and clean room. As with most pub accommodation, the bathrooms were shared, but that was not a problem as they were near to the room and very clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Old world hotel in the middle of historic town. Rooms basic but comfortable and quiet. Shared bathrooms are clean but woman’s would be inadequate if occupied fully. Alternate facilities were not available at the time of visit meaning a reasonable walk was necessary to access during the night. Overall a pleasant stay
