parking lot was a thick sheet of ice, handicap ramp was covered in snow and automatic door did not work. would not be wheelchair accessible is needed and could barely get in and out of there in my awd car because of how bad the parking lot was. heat in room did not work well. we turned it up but we’re still cold all night. indoor pool was not open. window to our room just looked into the pool room which would’ve been weird if there was actually people in there. will say that the room did atleast seem clean.
