Not anything like the pictures⅞
To begin with, we arrived late the night we checked in. The room we were shown was nothing like the pictures we saw online. There was barely enough room for one person, much less 2. The bathroom was so small I could barely sit down on the toilet! All the night staff had to say was she we 'sorry' but there was nothing she could di. We were told they were totally booked. We were too tired to look for another place or to move . All hotels.com offered was $50. And that was with their reward currency, not real money. We suffered through a night with bed spring coils in our backs and my husband had to leave the room for me to have enough room to change clothes.
The next morning, a manager came to tell us he had arranged for a man to agree to switch rooms since he was alone. Had this not occurred, we would have had to leave and find another place to stay. The manager was very heloful and did everyrhing he could to make sure we were comfortable.
