This was such a terrible stay and i had high hopes after staying in a country inn & suites that was spectacular in Wisconsin. There were hidden charges that weren’t explained fully. The front desk staff was not friendly and would handle incoming calls and dispatching their driver before addressing the guest standing in front of them. I was told the pet friendly rooms did not have working TV’s. I asked for reduction in pet fee because of this and was denied. The trash was over flowing in the lobby both days. Would be very cautious before staying here.

We were here for 3 days for the funeral of a family member. The hotel was older, but the beds were comfortablé. The staff was very helpful even printing us maps of where we needed to go. What was not so great and absolutely no fault of the hotel was the construction around the hotel. It is convenient to restaurants. We would stay here again.

The hotel has not been updated in years. The furniture was badly stained disgustingly. The shower hardly worked, and the electrical outlet in the bathroom was not functional.

TV remote didnt work. Temp on water ran cold to hot and back in a second. Mini fridge was on the floor. Tiny table for cointer soace in bathroom. Good for a quick economy stay. Definitely not good for a weeks stay. Staff was incredible and friendly

We were not greeted with warm smile. Just glad the rest of the staff were nice but had judgemental stares often. It was awkward sometimes being watched at breakfast time. I expected a smaller deposit and was surprised by the refunding time using a card. The stay here was okay. We enjoyed breakfast the first couple of days but it was the same food items. We decided to go to a nearby restaurant and enjoyed the shopping and other places close to the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and easiky accessible to restaurants, malls, hospitals! The breakfast was delicious and offered many different choices. The pool area was very clean and the only downfall was the hottub was out of order.

The Country Inn & Suites is conveniently located in an area with a variety of restaurants available. The freeway noise is minimal. Rooms were clean. The faucets in the bathroom leak, got locked out of the room on the second day and experienced an overhead track meet. The ice machine on the first floor is broken; went to the 3rd floor to use the ice machine; broken also, sign said get ice from the Sleep Inn. Whaaaat!

It served its purpose. The beds were fine, but the bathroom door was filthy. It had all kinds of things smeared on it. The bathroom had lots of wear and tear throughout. There was coffee spilled on the tile floor outside the breakfast room that nobody was bothering to clean up. Staff was nice and breakfast was decent. Convenient location.

There were some great things about this hotel. There were also some really weird things. They required ID for both occupants of the room, and charged $100 deposit that was refundable after we checked out. Somehow we ended up in a handicap room, which is fine but the corners of the bathroom shower had pink mold, which wouldn't take much to clean. The linens were quite dated. The sink must be falling off the wall because the amount of caulk on it was a lot. The bed was comfortable and overall clean otherwise and people were nice. They were vacuuming the room next-door at 8 AM and it sounded like a saw. It was so loud. Also, all the pictures on the wall were crooked, which is just weird. I've attached pictures. I just think it needs a little bit of updating and a little extra work.

I thought it was ridiculous that they needed a copy of every adults ID. They also required a $100 deposit in addition to what I had already paid in case there was damage to the room. I took pictures of all of the stains in the carpet, chairs, and other damages prior to our stay.
