We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the public bath and spa were incredible! Everything was super clean and beautiful and the area was very nice and quiet. There was also plenty of food options near by and in the hotel which was very convenient if tired after a long day of traveling. The only downside was the location which requires you to take a short 10 minute bus in order to reach the main subway/ JR lines but otherwise was an incredible stay. Will be staying here again next time I visit Tokyo!!!

Beautiful property. Extremely clean. The free noodles in the evening were amazing and exactly what we needed after landing at the airport and checking into the hotel.
